What this service is

Traffic to your OnlyFans page from channels where fans already spend time, with every link tracked so you can see which channel paid.

OnlyFans promotion is the part of marketing that most creators run alone, late at night, on three apps at once. Leadiax runs it as a schedule with a report: accounts in your name, posts on a cadence, tracking links on every post, and a weekly read of subscribers by source.

An OnlyFans page does not get found. There is no feed of new creators, no search worth the name, and no recommendation engine that pushes a page to strangers. Creators promoting their OnlyFans are doing it on other social media platforms, and the ones who grow are the ones who treat that promoting as a job with a schedule. Every subscriber arrives from somewhere else. OnlyFans promotion is the work of building those somewhere elses, keeping them posted, and knowing which one is worth the hours. This page explains how Leadiax does that work, channel by channel, and what you will see in the report each week.

What OnlyFans promotion actually is.

Promotion is the set of social media accounts and posts outside OnlyFans that send people to your page. For most creators that means a Reddit presence in the right subreddits, an X account that posts and replies daily, and safe for work short video on TikTok and Instagram that points to a landing page. Done well it is repetitive, scheduled and measured. Done badly it is a flurry of posts in the first week and silence in the third, which is how most OnlyFans creators promote their content today.

The audience is not on OnlyFans waiting. It is on the social platforms, sorted by interest, and the job of OnlyFans promotion is to meet it there with content that fits each platform and a link that leads home. That is why the same clip becomes a Reddit post with a title written for one subreddit, an X post with a label, and a safe TikTok with a hook, rather than one caption copied five times.

Leadiax runs promotion as an agency service, which changes three things. The accounts are set up properly, in your name, with the verification each platform wants. The posting happens on a schedule that survives a bad week. And every post carries a tracking link, so the question "is Reddit working" has a number as an answer instead of a feeling.

What promotion is not: it is not management. Nobody at Leadiax posts to your OnlyFans feed, prices your content or answers your messages under this service. Those are separate decisions, covered by the growth strategy and the chatting service, and you can take promotion alone.

Why OnlyFans advertising is not an option.

People search for OnlyFans advertising expecting an ads dashboard. There is none that works. Meta, Google and TikTok all prohibit ads for adult content, and an ad that links to an OnlyFans page is refused or, worse, approved and then used as the reason to ban the whole ad account. X allows adult content in posts under its labeling rules but restricts it in paid placements. The paid route that remains is buying shoutouts from other creators and promotional accounts, which has its own page in the guides, because it needs to be judged post by post.

That is why promotion in this niche is organic by default. The channels below are free to post on, and the cost is time, consistency and knowing the rules of each one. It also means results compound: a subreddit presence built over three months keeps sending traffic in month four, while an ad stops the moment the budget does.

Free OnlyFans promotion and paid promotion are therefore not two products but two lines in the same plan. The free line is the daily posting on Reddit, X, TikTok, Instagram and Threads. The paid line is shoutouts, bought one at a time from creators and promotion accounts whose audience matches yours. Both lines carry tracking links, and the report treats a paid post exactly like a free one: OnlyFans traffic in, subscribers out, and a cost per subscriber that decides whether it is bought again.

The one rule

Nothing that touches your OnlyFans page goes out without your approval. Promotion accounts are opened in your name, and you can take them over on the day you decide to stop.

The channels, in the order we start them.

Not every channel suits every page, and the audit decides the order for yours. The default order below is the one that usually produces the first tracked subscriber soonest while the slower channels build.

ChannelAdult contentHow a fan gets to your pageWhat we do there
RedditAllowed, tagged NSFWA post in a niche subreddit, profile link, tracking link in the profileVerification in the subreddits that require it, a posting calendar per subreddit, titles written for the subreddit's culture, replies to comments
XAllowed, labeledPinned post and bio link, replies and quote posts that bring profile visitsDaily posts and replies, engagement with adjacent accounts, media labeling done right so the account is not restricted
TikTokNot allowedSafe for work video, link in bio to a landing page, landing page to OnlyFansHooks and formats that stay inside the rules, no platform names, a landing page that carries the tracking link
Instagram and ThreadsNot allowedSame as TikTok: safe content, link in bio, landing pageReels and carousels adapted from the same footage, Threads posts for reach, the same landing page
ShoutoutsDepends on the hostA post on another creator's page or a promotion account, link includedBought only when the host's audience is measured, priced per post, tracked with its own link

Reddit

Reddit is where most creator promotion still starts, because adult content is allowed when it is tagged and because subreddits are already sorted by interest. The work is unglamorous: reading each subreddit's rules, getting verified where verification is required, posting at the times the subreddit is awake, and writing titles that fit the room. Accounts that post the same image to twenty subreddits in an hour get filtered, so the calendar spreads posts out and rotates content. Your profile carries the tracking link, and every post is a reason to visit the profile.

X (Twitter)

X, still called Twitter by most creators and most of their audience, allows adult content when it is labeled, which makes it the second channel. It rewards accounts that behave like people: posting, replying, quoting and showing up daily. The pinned post and the bio carry the tracking link. The risk on X is a mislabeled post, which can restrict an account's reach for weeks, so labeling is part of the checklist for every post that goes out.

TikTok, Instagram and Threads

These platforms do not allow adult content and do not allow links to adult sites in a profile. Promotion there is a two step funnel: safe for work video that earns attention, then a link in bio to a landing page you own, and from the landing page to OnlyFans. The videos never name the platform. The content is the creator's personality, a routine, a talent, a niche interest, which is also why this channel is where a face free page struggles and a page with a strong persona does well. The landing page carries the tracking link, so this traffic is measured like any other.

Shoutouts and promotion accounts

Paying another creator or a promotion account to post you is the only paid OnlyFans promo that works, and it is bought post by post. Before spending, we look at the host's real engagement rather than the follower count, agree the post and the time, and give it a tracking link of its own. A shoutout that sends visitors and no subscribers is not bought twice.

How traffic is tracked to a subscription.

OnlyFans lets a creator create tracking links in the account settings. Each link records the number of clicks and the number of subscriptions it produced. That feature is the backbone of this service: one tracking link per channel, and one per shoutout, so the report can attribute a new subscriber to Reddit rather than to a feeling about Reddit.

Where a channel cannot link to OnlyFans directly, the landing page carries the tracking link, and the landing page's own analytics show where its visitors came from. Between the two, every subscriber who arrived through promotion has a source next to their name in the weekly report.

This is also the honest answer to "how do I get OnlyFans traffic": traffic is easy to buy and easy to fake, and it is worth nothing until a tracking link shows it became a subscriber. A promotion account with a large audience and no tracked subscriptions is a cost, whatever its follower count says, and the plan treats it as one.

What the report shows

Per channel: posts published, profile visits where the platform exposes them, clicks on the tracking link, new subscribers, and revenue from those subscribers in the period. The last column is the one the plan is judged on.

What a promotion week looks like.

  1. 1

    Content pull

You drop safe and explicit material into a shared folder on a day that suits you. We cut, caption and format it for each channel. Nothing is posted that you have not put in the folder.

  2. 2

    Calendar

Posts for the week are scheduled per subreddit and per platform, at the times each audience is active. Reddit titles and X captions are written for the room, not copied across.

  3. 3

    Posting and replies

Posts go out, comments get answers, mentions get a reply. Engagement is where the accounts earn reach, so it is part of the job, not an extra.

  4. 4

    Labeling and rules check

Every post is checked against the rules of its platform before it goes out: NSFW tags, media labels, no platform names where they are banned, no links where links are banned.

  5. 5

    Friday report

Subscribers by source, revenue by source, what changed, what changes next week. A channel that produced visitors and no subscribers for a month is cut or reworked, and the report says which.

What we need from you.

  • A content bank: photos and short clips, both safe for work and explicit, added weekly. Promotion runs on your material; nobody can post what does not exist.
  • Approval of the plan before the first post, and of any new channel before it is opened.
  • Tracking links. You create them in your OnlyFans settings, one per channel, and send them to us. Promotion needs no access to your page, and your password is never asked for.
  • An hour every two weeks to read the report and decide. The decisions stay yours.

Promotion, growth strategy or chat.

Promotion sends people to the page. Whether they subscribe depends on the page they land on, which is the growth strategy: pricing, the profile, the welcome flow and the tip menu. Whether they spend once they are inside depends on the inbox, which is the chatting service. A creator with a strong page and a quiet inbox needs promotion. A creator with steady traffic and a low conversion rate needs the audit first. The application asks for the page and the range, and the audit says which door to open.

If you want to run promotion yourself, the method above is written out in full in the guide how to promote OnlyFans, channel by channel, with the rules of each platform as they stand.

Promotion strategies, compared side by side.

Most lists of OnlyFans promotion strategies put every idea on the same line, as if a Reddit calendar and a one time discount were the same kind of thing. They are not. Some strategies build an audience that keeps sending fans for months, some convert people who already know you, and some are a single burst. The table below sorts the common ones by what they cost, what they need from the creator, and the measure that decides whether each one is effective for a given page.

StrategyWhat it costsWhat it needs from youHow we judge it
Reddit postingTime, every dayA content bank and verification where subreddits ask for itSubscribers per tracking link, per subreddit group
X posting and engagementTime, every dayLabeled media and a persona that can reply like a personProfile visits to tracked clicks to subscribers
Short video funnelTime and editingSafe for work footage and a landing page you ownLanding page visits to tracked clicks to subscribers
Collaborations with other creatorsYour time and theirsConsent and paperwork for anyone who appears on cameraSubscribers on the shared tracking link
Paid shoutoutsA fee per postApproval of the host and the postCost per tracked subscriber
Free trials and promotional discountsRevenue you give up for a periodA decision on the limit, the expiry and the durationHow many trial fans stay after the trial ends
Search and a landing pageSetup, then slow upkeepA site in your creator nameSearch visits to tracked clicks, over months

Two lines in that table are easy to get wrong. Collaborations put another person in your content, and OnlyFans has its own rules for that, explained in the guide to OnlyFans collaboration rules. Trials and discounts do not bring new people on their own; they convert people who already reached the page, so they belong after the traffic channels, not instead of them. The mechanics are in the guide to OnlyFans free trials.

The order matters more than the list. A new page with no audience gets nothing from a discount, because nobody is there to see it. A page with steady social media traffic and a weak conversion rate gets more from fixing the profile and the OnlyFans bio than from a fifth channel. The audit puts these strategies in an order for your page, and the tracking links decide what stays in the plan after the first month.

What the OnlyFans terms say about promoting.

OnlyFans does not leave promotion entirely to the creator's judgment. Its Terms of Use contain a short section on linking to the platform, and several lines in it shape how any promotion plan is built. These are the platform's own words, read from the terms, not a summary of what creators say on forums. Breaking them is a reason for the platform to act on the account, so every plan Leadiax writes is checked against them before the first post goes out.

  • No search ads. The terms say not to promote an OnlyFans account using Google Ads or any similar advertising platform or search engine advertising service. Search promotion therefore means organic search only.
  • Two sets of rules apply at once. Any link promoting a creator account must comply with the OnlyFans Terms of Service and with the terms of service of the place where you advertise. A post that is fine for OnlyFans can still break Reddit, X or TikTok rules.
  • No deceptive links. Links to OnlyFans must not be deceptive or suggest that OnlyFans is associated with, approves or endorses the promotion.
  • The OnlyFans name in a domain needs permission. A domain containing the OnlyFans trademark or a confusingly similar term is allowed only if the creator registers it, it redirects to the creator's account, and OnlyFans gives written permission under a licensing agreement.
  • Paid promotion on your page is labeled. Content on OnlyFans that promotes third party goods or services in return for payment must carry a signifier such as #ad, #paidpromotion or #sponsored, plus the brand's name and who paid.
  • Other people need their consent recorded. Anyone who appears in content you post can withdraw their consent, and the content may be deleted when they do, which is why collaborations are agreed in writing first.

The practical result is simple. Landing pages carry your creator name, not the platform's. Captions never pretend to be official. Paid shoutouts that run on an OnlyFans page are captioned as paid, which is how we read the advertising rule for a creator who is paid to post another creator. And the plan is written for two rulebooks at once: the one on OnlyFans and the one on the platform where the post appears.

Search, SEO and a page you own.

SEO for an OnlyFans creator is not about the OnlyFans page itself, which you cannot edit beyond the profile. It is about a landing page in your creator name that can be found when people search for that name or for your niche, and that links through to OnlyFans with a tracking link. Search ads are ruled out by the terms, so this channel is organic or it is nothing. It is also the slowest channel in the table above, which is why it is never the first one we start.

The landing page does more work than search alone. It is the link in bio for TikTok, Instagram and Threads, where links to adult sites are not allowed in a profile. It survives a banned social account, because the domain is yours. And it gives you analytics the platforms do not, so the report can show which social media profile sent each visitor before they clicked through. Nobody can honestly promise a search ranking, and we do not; the report shows search visits as a separate line so you can judge it.

How to judge any promotion service.

OnlyFans promotion services range from agencies that run accounts in your name to sellers of followers and promotion groups that post your link next to a hundred others. Many of them sell reach and report reach, which looks like growth and often is not. Whether you hire Leadiax, another agency or nobody, the same questions sort a useful service from an expensive one. The steps below are the ones we would ask of anyone offering to grow a page, and the reviews of OnlyFans agencies apply them to named firms.

  1. 1

Ask how a subscriber is counted

A service that cannot show subscribers per tracking link is reporting followers, impressions or clicks. Those numbers can grow while revenue stays flat. Ask for the tracking link method before you ask for the price.

  2. 2

    Ask who owns the accounts

Promotion accounts should be opened in your name and email, so you keep the audience if you stop. A service that keeps the accounts keeps the fans you paid to build.

  3. 3

Refuse any request for your password

Promotion needs tracking links, not access to your page. A promotion service that asks for your OnlyFans login is asking for more than promotion requires.

  4. 4

Ask what they will not do

Bought followers, bots, spam in comment sections and deceptive links all break platform rules. A service that does none of them should say so in writing.

  5. 5

    Read the exit terms

Check the notice period, the revenue share if there is one, and what happens to content and accounts on the last day. Our own terms are on the pricing page.

If what you need is someone to run the page itself, the feed, the pricing and the inbox, that is a different service with a different contract: OnlyFans management. And if you would rather grow it alone, the guide on how to get followers on OnlyFans covers the same channels from the creator's side, with the effort each one takes. For X specifically, the guide to OnlyFans and X goes further into labeling and replies, and the guide to TikTok and OnlyFans covers the safe for work funnel.

Questions about OnlyFans promotion.

The ones creators ask before they apply. Open a lock to read.

How long until promotion shows results?
Reddit and X can produce the first tracked subscribers within the first weeks if the page converts. TikTok and Instagram build slower because the funnel has two steps. The weekly report shows the trend from week one; the audit before the work says which channels are likely to move first for your page.
Can you run ads for an OnlyFans page?
No, and neither can anyone else without risking the ad account. Meta, Google and TikTok refuse adult advertising. Promotion in this niche is organic posting plus paid shoutouts bought post by post.
Do you need my OnlyFans password?
No. You create the tracking links in your own settings and send them to us; promotion needs no access to your page. Promotion accounts are opened in your name with your email.
Does promotion work without showing your face?
On Reddit and X, yes, because adult content is allowed and the persona can be the body of work. On TikTok and Instagram it is harder, because the safe for work funnel runs on personality. The audit says which channels fit a face free page.
Which channel is best for OnlyFans promotion?
For most pages Reddit produces the first tracked subscribers, X produces the steadiest, and short video produces the largest audiences with the slowest conversion. The tracking links decide the answer for your page, not a general rule.
Do you buy followers or use bots?
No. Bought followers do not subscribe and they get the accounts restricted. Everything posted is real content from your bank, posted by a person.
Can I take over the promotion accounts later?
Yes. They are opened in your name, so on the day you stop working with Leadiax you change the passwords and keep everything that was built.
Do you promote Fansly pages?
Yes, with a separate plan, because Fansly has discovery inside the platform and different link rules. See Fansly marketing.
Can I use Google Ads to promote my OnlyFans?
No. The OnlyFans Terms of Use say not to promote an account using Google Ads or any similar advertising platform or search engine advertising service. Search can still send fans through organic results to a landing page in your own name.
Can my promotion website have OnlyFans in its domain name?
Only with OnlyFans' written permission. The terms allow a domain containing the OnlyFans trademark only if the creator registers it, it redirects to the creator's account, and the creator signs a licensing agreement with OnlyFans. A domain in your creator name avoids the question.
Will a promotion service guarantee a number of subscribers?
We do not, and a guarantee should make you ask how it is counted. Subscribers depend on the page they land on as much as on the traffic. What a service can commit to is the work, the schedule and a report that shows subscribers per tracking link.
Do paid shoutouts need to be labeled?
On OnlyFans, content that promotes third party goods or services in return for payment must carry a signifier such as #ad, #paidpromotion or #sponsored, and the name of the brand and who paid. On other platforms, their own rules for paid partnerships apply as well.
What does OnlyFans promotion cost?
Prices and the contract terms are on the pricing page, published before you apply. The audit is part of the application and is not charged.
