Who is responsible.
The controller of the data described here is the founder of Leadiax, trading as Leadiax; the registered company name, number and address are added here on registration, trading as Leadiax. Questions about this policy go through the contact page, which reaches the same people who answer everything else.
What is collected.
| Where | What | Collected when |
|---|---|---|
| Application form | Platform, earnings range, services of interest, page link if given, message if given, email address, the time of sending | Only when you send the form |
| Contact and question forms | Topic, name if given, message, email address if given, the time of sending | Only when you send the form |
| Server logs | IP address, requested page, time, browser identification string, referring page | On every request, as with any web server |
| Anti abuse counters | A hashed form of the IP address and a count of form submissions or login attempts from it | When a form is sent or a login attempted |
| Google Analytics | Pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location, device and browser type, through Google Analytics cookies | Only if you click Accept in the cookie banner |
| Cookie choice | Whether you accepted or rejected analytics, in a cookie named ldx_consent | When you choose in the banner |
The site has no user accounts for visitors, no comments, no newsletter and no advertising. It does not ask for your OnlyFans password, ever, and you should not put it in any form here.
Why, and on what basis.
- Form submissions are used to answer you: to send the audit or reply to the question. The basis is your request, and the steps needed before a contract where the message is an application.
- Server logs are used to keep the site running, to find faults and to detect abuse. The basis is the legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
- Anti abuse counters exist so that the forms and the login cannot be flooded. The basis is the same legitimate interest, and the counters expire on their own.
- Google Analytics is used to count visits and see which pages are read, so the site can be improved. The basis is your consent, given in the cookie banner and withdrawn at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
Nothing is used to build an advertising profile of you, to advertise to you, or to sell to anyone. Analytics runs with advertising features turned off.
How long it is kept.
- Form submissions: until the conversation is closed and for twelve months afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case the client agreement governs.
- Server logs: 30 days, then deleted.
- Anti abuse counters: at most one hour for form counters and fifteen minutes for login counters, after which they expire.
- Google Analytics data: as set in the Google Analytics property's data retention setting. Your cookie choice: 180 days.
Who else sees it.
The site is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, a German provider, in a data center in the European Union. Traffic passes through no content delivery network or proxy; requests reach our server directly. Email replies are sent through a mailbox on the leadiax.com domain; if a third party mail provider is introduced, it is named here. If you accept analytics, Google LLC and its affiliates receive the analytics data described above under Google's terms for Google Analytics; this can involve transfer outside the European Union. These providers process data on our instructions. No form data is shared with Analoxia, the sister agency, unless you ask to be referred there and say so in writing.
Data may be disclosed where the law requires it. Nothing is sold, rented or exchanged.
Cookies and storage.
The public site sets no cookies for visitors unless they accept analytics in the cookie banner. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its cookies, whose names begin with _ga, and the site remembers your choice in a cookie named ldx_consent for 180 days; if you reject, only that choice is stored. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner, and withdrawing consent removes the analytics cookies. A form sets a short lived security token so the submission can be tied to the page you were on. Logging in to the administration area sets the session cookies WordPress needs, and that area is not open to visitors. Nothing here follows you to other sites.
Your rights.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to receive a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, use the contact page and say which right you are exercising; we will need to confirm that the request comes from the address the data belongs to. Requests are answered within the period the applicable law sets, and in any case within one month unless the law allows longer.
Changes.
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the substance of the change is noted here. Reading the page is how you find out; we do not email policy updates.
