Who may use the site.
The site is operated by its founder, trading as Leadiax; the registered company name, number and address are added here on registration, trading as Leadiax. It discusses adult content platforms and is intended for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and of legal age where you live. The site does not host adult content and does not link to leaked or pirated material of any kind.
What the guides are.
The guides, answers and explainers on this site are general information about how platforms and the agency market work, written from the platforms' own published pages and dated. They are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and they are not a promise about how any platform will behave for you. Platforms change their rules without notice; the date on each page is the date of the last check, and the corrections policy explains how errors are handled. Where a page carries a visible marker that a check has not yet been completed, treat it as a draft.
The forms.
The application, contact and question forms are for their stated purposes. By sending one you confirm that the information is yours to give and accurate. Do not send passwords, payment details or anyone else's personal information; a message containing them is deleted. Automated, bulk or abusive use of the forms is not permitted and is limited by technical means. How submissions are stored is described in the privacy policy. Sending an application does not create a client relationship; that begins only when a client agreement is signed.
Intellectual property.
The text, design, code and images on this site belong to the operator unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share links to pages, and quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish pages in full, scrape the site to build a competing dataset, or present its content as your own. Platform names such as OnlyFans, Fansly, LoyalFans, Fanvue, Reddit, X, TikTok and Instagram are trademarks of their owners; Leadiax is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by any of them.
Links and third parties.
Pages link to platform help centers, policies and to Analoxia, a management agency with the same owner. Links are provided as references. The operator does not control third party sites and is not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. The site carries no affiliate links and no advertising.
Liability.
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the guides, from platform changes, from downtime, or from the acts of third parties, including platforms and other agencies. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Relationship to the client agreement.
If you become a client, the signed client agreement governs the services, the prices, access to your accounts, content licences, reporting and termination. The pricing page summarizes those clauses so they can be read before applying; where the summary and the signed agreement differ, the signed agreement applies. These website terms continue to cover your use of the site itself.
Law and changes.
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of registration, named here on registration, and disputes about the site are heard in its courts, without prejudice to consumer protections that apply where you live. When the terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the changed terms.
